Cleanse: Cleaning your face is always the first step to any skincare routine. Wash your face when you wake up and before you go to bed, and of course after you exercise. To effectively wash your face, start by rinsing with warm open your pores. Lightly rub your face for about 30 seconds, make sure to use circular motions on your forehead, cheeks, corners of the nose, and beard, but don’t pull or push too hard. Wash off the cleanser with cold water, this closes the pores to prevent more dirt and build up from going in. Pat your face dry with a clean face towel.
Repair (and Protect): After cleaning your face it's time to repair skin damage and signs of aging. Facial serums are your best friend here. Serums like our REPAIR Serum help prevent aging, repair skin blemishes, and nourish the skin with hydrating ingredients to make sure it looks and stays healthy. A little goes a long way, use a small amount and apply all over your face.
Hydrate: The key to preventing aging skin is hydration. Dry skin accelerates aging, stripping away all the oils will cause the body to overproduce oil, leading to acne and blemishes. Although serum we use may have had hydrating properties, it simply isn’t enough to fully hydrate your face. This is where the moisturizer comes in. Add a dime sized amount in your hand and gently spread across your face. Make sure you rub it into the skin under your beard to avoid flakey skin in there.
